Slow cooked chicken and pineapple dinner.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
