Move over mimosa, the Bellini is quickly become one of the most popular brunch drinks. This Bellini, which is made with fresh cranberry, pear juice and Prosecco, is a refreshing and delicious way to start your morning! Garnish with fresh cranberries and a thinly sliced pear.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 1 cup of pear juice
- 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh cranberries
Directions
- Mix juices together and pour into Champagne flutes, about 1/4 full. Top with Prosecco and garnish with fresh fruit.
