A quick and simple tarragon and watermelon juice.
- 5 cups roughly chopped watermelon, yellow or red (seeds removed)
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- Blend everything together until liquified. Strain into a pitcher, allow to strain slowly, do not push it along. Skim any foam off the top. Serve over ice.
