This is a wonderful sauce to use when serving eggs florentine.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a samll saucepan.
  2. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Cook misture over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve warm over eggs.
