This is a wonderful sauce to use when serving eggs florentine.
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a samll saucepan.
- Whisk together until smooth.
- Cook misture over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve warm over eggs.
