Cheesy, yogurt and tarragon fish fillet dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 ounce grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Place the fish in a greased baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes, uncovered. Drain. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the fish. Bake until the cheese has melted, about 2 more minutes.
