Cheesy, yogurt and tarragon fish fillet dinner.


  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 ounce grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese


  1. Place the fish in a greased baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes, uncovered. Drain. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the fish. Bake until the cheese has melted, about 2 more minutes.
