Ingredients
- 6 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup white cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix together the wine, tarragon and pepper. Marinate, chilled, the chicken in the mixture for several hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
