Tarragon Baked Fish

A simple tarragon and caper baked fish fillet dinner.


  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a shallow baking pan.
  2. Arrange the fish fillets and 1 tablespoon of butter in the prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5-6 minutes, flip, and bake for 4-6 more minutes, until the fish flakes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until melted. Serve over the fish.
