A simple tarragon and caper baked fish fillet dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a shallow baking pan.
- Arrange the fish fillets and 1 tablespoon of butter in the prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5-6 minutes, flip, and bake for 4-6 more minutes, until the fish flakes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until melted. Serve over the fish.
