Simple low fat tarragon and pepper seasoned asparagus.
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
- Non-fat butter spray
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Wash the asparagus, break off at the tender point. Steam for about 6 minutes, until barely tender. Drain.
- Spray with the butter and sprinkle the seasoning over.
