Tangy Lemon Pudding is a old fashioned, homemade dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar and add flour. Beat egg yolks well in separate bowl. Add egg yolks, lemon juice and milk to creamed mixture.
- Beat egg whites in separate bowl until stiff and peaks form. Fold egg whites into mixture.
- Place mixture in a small baking pan and put in larger pan filled with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
