Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. Wash and clean beans.
  2. Cut into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Coat a large skillet with non stick spray.
  5. Place over medium heat until hot.
  6. Add onions and saute until tneder.
  7. Add celery and green peppers.
  8. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
