Sweet and tangy yogurt and apricot baked fish fillet dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Place the fish in a greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes. Drain. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread over the fish. Bake for 2 more minutes, or until sauce has heated through.
