Blending equal amounts of sweet and dry vermouth, Bénédictine, white rum and fresh orange juice make this enjoyable and well-balanced cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1/2 shot dry vermouth
- 1/2 shot sweet vermouth
- 1/2 shot Bénédictine
- 1/2 shot white rum
- 1/2 shot fresh orange juice
- Lemon zest twist to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the lemon zest twist and then serve immediately.
