Ideal for fish, shrimp and game hens, use this Tandoori spice dry rub to add extra flavor to you meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until combined.
  2. Transfer the ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid to store.
