This dry rub made with a variety of Indian spices will give your poultry or fish authentic Indian flavor. 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk o combine.
  2. Store the dry rub in a glass jar with a tightly-fitted cap.
