Quick tamale, chili and cheese casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 7 tamales (fresh or canned) with husks removed
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups broken corn chips
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour the chili into a 2 quart baking dish. Chop the tamales into 1-inch pieces. Spread on top of the chili. Layer the onions, chips and cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
