Nice alternative to traditional tacos, the beef taco bake
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup chunky salsa or picante sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas or 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Brown the beef, dispose of excess fat
- Add all of the remaining ingredients, withholding 1/2 cup of the cheese, in the same skillet as the beef.
- Spoon into an 11x8 casserole dish
- Bake for 30 minutes, serve with the remaining cheese sprinkled on top
