Swiss-Style Coffee is the premier of flavored coffees and served after dinner in elegant demitasse cups with whipped cream.

Ingredients

6 squares Baker's sweet chocolate, broken in pieces
1/2 cup drip coffee grounds
peel from 1 orange, cut in strips
3 cups cold water
whipped cream, grated chocolate for garnish

Directions

Place chocolate in empty coffee pot or automatic drip coffee maker. Place coffee and orange peel in basket. Prepare coffee as directed, using 3 cups water. Serve hot with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
