Swiss-Style Coffee is the premier of flavored coffees and served after dinner in elegant demitasse cups with whipped cream.


  • 6 squares Baker's sweet chocolate, broken in pieces
  • 1/2 cup drip coffee grounds
  • peel from 1 orange, cut in strips
  • 3 cups cold water
  • whipped cream, grated chocolate for garnish


  1. Place chocolate in empty coffee pot or automatic drip coffee maker. Place coffee and orange peel in basket. Prepare coffee as directed, using 3 cups water. Serve hot with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
