Cubed Swiss cheese make Swiss Loaf an interesting and delicious meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix in order given. Press into a large greased loaf pan or two small pans.
  2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
