Cubed Swiss cheese make Swiss Loaf an interesting and delicious meatloaf.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix in order given. Press into a large greased loaf pan or two small pans.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
