Swiss Corn Casserole combines corn and creamy Swiss Cheese for a delicious side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1, 10 ounce package frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Combine corn, onion, salt, pepper and half the cheese in a greased 1 quart casserole. Dot with half the butter; sprinkle with remaining cheese and butter. Pour cream on top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
