Easy to make Swiss Chicken Casserole creates its own creamy sauce. Make sure to serve with mashed potatoes.
- 6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup milk
- Place chicken in a greased casserole dish and top with cheese slices.
- Mix soup and milk. Stir well. Spoon soup mixture over chicken and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
