  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/2, 1 ounce package butter flavored buds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon into 2 containers; one to serve and one to freeze.
