Swiss Broccoli Soup

A healthy, hearty soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 10 ounces of cooked broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded process swiss cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmet
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions

  1. In saucepan heat bouillon granules in 1 1/2 cups water till dissolved.
  2. Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Add milk, cheese, nutmeg, and dash pepper.
  4. Cook and stir till cheese melts.
  5. Combine flour and 1/2 cup cold water.
  6. Stir into broccoli mixture.
  7. Cook and stir till thickened.
