A healthy, hearty soup.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 10 ounces of cooked broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded process swiss cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmet
- 1/4 cup flour
Directions
- In saucepan heat bouillon granules in 1 1/2 cups water till dissolved.
- Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add milk, cheese, nutmeg, and dash pepper.
- Cook and stir till cheese melts.
- Combine flour and 1/2 cup cold water.
- Stir into broccoli mixture.
- Cook and stir till thickened.
