Swirled Blueberry Cheesecake

Make ahead of time and keep refrigerated.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35 degrees F.
  2. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture.
  4. Mix together until well blended.
  5. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
  6. Pour the pie filling on top.
  7. Gentely swirl the mixtures together with a knive.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Cool at room temperature then refrigerate.
  10. Add additional topping on top when served.
