Serve Sweetheart Punch at your next St. Valentine's Day party. Pineapple sherbet adds a tangy creaminess.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 package strawberry powdered drink mix
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle of ginger ale
- 2 pints pineapple sherbet
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Dissolve drink mix and sugar in 2 quarts cold water; stir well.
- Add pineapple juice to gelatin mixture; mix well. Refrigerate until serving time. Add ginger ale and sherbet just before serving.
