Sweet Toast Sticks

These Bread Toast Sticks are one of the sweetest and tastiest appetizer in french style.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 and 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 bread slices
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Cut the bread slices into four pieces each lengthwise.
  2. Add eggs and milk in a bowl and beat to mix well.
  3. Take a frying pan and melt the butter into it.
  4. Soak the bread slices into the egg-milk mixture.
  5. Fry the soaked bread slices in the frying pan until brown.
  6. Place the fried bread sticks in a plate and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on it.
  7. Serve with Maple Syrup.
