Ingredients
- 4 ounces Bulldog Gin
- 3 mint sprigs
- 2-3 vanilla beans
- 3/4 ounce crème de cassis
- 1 ounce simple syrup
Directions
- Place the mint and vanilla beans in a cocktail shaker and muddle with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Pour in the syrup along with the gin, and let the mixture stand for 20 seconds before adding ice to the shaker and shaking for 15 seconds.
- Stain the mixture into a champagne flute and then slowly top with the crème de cassis. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
