Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and vegetable oil.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Fold in dried cranberries and chopped nuts.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
