Sweet syrup covered sweet potatoes and ham.
- 4 sweet potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 pounds boneless ham, cubed
- 1 cup maple syrup
- Place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange the ham on top. Pour the syrup over. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
