Sweet Pecans

Make a batch of these sweet pecans for a delicious Southern-style treat.


  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg white until foamy; add melted butter; add pecans and toss to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Splenda and cinnamon; sprinkle on pecans and toss to coat. Spread on ungreased baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from sheet to waxed paper; cool and serve.
