Make a batch of these sweet pecans for a delicious Southern-style treat.
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Beat egg white until foamy; add melted butter; add pecans and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix Splenda and cinnamon; sprinkle on pecans and toss to coat. Spread on ungreased baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from sheet to waxed paper; cool and serve.
