Honey, msutard and salsa baked cod dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod
  • 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespons Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Place the fish in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 minutes. Drain.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the fish. Bake for 2 more minutes.
