Honey, msutard and salsa baked cod dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cod
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespons Dijon mustard
Directions
- Place the fish in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 minutes. Drain.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the fish. Bake for 2 more minutes.
