These easy-to-make chocolate cookies will be loved by many.

Ingredients

1-1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Blend into egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm.
