Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chewy cookies will most certainly be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  2. Cream sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and butter.
  3. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
  4. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
