Caramel coated popcorn balls.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon caramel topping, warm
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups plain popped corn
Directions
- In a non-stick skillet over low heat, stir the sugar until melted and golden. Mix in the caramel and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Spray a bowl with cooking spray. Add in the popcorn and pour the mixture over. Run hands under cold water and then shape into 4 balls.
