You can add pineapple chucks to this recipe if you like the sweet taste of pineapple with the spicy taste of the mustard.
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 2 pounds smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- In crockpot, combine brown sugar, mustard and onion. add sausage and stir well to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for to 3 hours, stirring once every hour.
