Sweet and Sour Cabbage is great with smokey Polish sausage.
Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 1, 32 ounce can sauerkraut, drained--reserve juice
- 1, 16 ounce can tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
- Mix cornstarch with reserved sauerkraut juice. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened about 30 minutes.
