Jazz up mild white fish with this sweet and hot spice fish rub.

Ingredients

  • 8 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon clove
  • cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid and shake to combine.
  2. Rub onto the fish of your choice and cook as directed.
