Jazz up mild white fish with this sweet and hot spice fish rub.
Ingredients
- 8 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon clove
- cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid and shake to combine.
- Rub onto the fish of your choice and cook as directed.
