- 3 sticks room-temperature fresh butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- Place the butter and the honey into a food processor, and process on high until blended and smooth.
- Remove the butter and evenly divide between three sheets of wax paper. Roll the butter into logs and then place in the refrigerator until use.
