This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and nutrients. Enjoy its refreshing flavor and intense taste.  

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 2 kiwifruits, peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon plus to garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon linseed oil

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and add enough milk to cover the fruit mixture. Process the mixture until blended and then pour into 4 tall glasses. Garnish with some ground cinnamon and serve.
