Super Easy Chicken and Dumpliing soup is a quick way to make a delicious comfort food for your family.
Ingredients
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- can of refrigerator biscuits (cut in quarters)
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine soup and broth in large soup pot
- Bring to a boil
- Add chicken and vegetables and bring to a boil again
- Place quartered biscuits on top of soup and cook, covered on very low heat until biscuits are cooked through. (10 to 15 minutes)
- Remove from heat and allow soup to sit a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with a few grinds of pepper
