Just because a smoothie is considered ‘detoxifying’ for your body doesn’t mean that it has to taste bad. Try this blend of fruits with yogurt, which offers a powerful mix of anti-oxidants.  

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1 lime, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup strawberries, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup non-fat chilled yogurt
  • 1 avocado, destoned

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
