A creamy and cheesy cooked vegetable medley side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium yellow squash, sliced
- 2 onions, coarsely chopped
- 3 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and julienned
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
- Mix everything but the breadcrumbs together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 3-4 hours on low. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over top to serve.
