Serve Sunshine Fruit Sauce over slices of pound cake or angel food cake.
- 1, 16 ounce can fruit cocktail
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1, 12 ounce can apricot nectar
- In a saucepan, drain syrup from fruit cocktail and mix with cornstarch and apricot nectar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Fold in reserved fruit, cover and chill until ready to use.
