Serve Sunshine Fruit Sauce over slices of pound cake or angel food cake.


  • 1, 16 ounce can fruit cocktail
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1, 12 ounce can apricot nectar


  1. In a saucepan, drain syrup from fruit cocktail and mix with cornstarch and apricot nectar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Fold in reserved fruit, cover and chill until ready to use.
