Sunday Supper Salad Bowl is filled with spinach, lettuce, baked ham and cheese slices.


  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
  • 6 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 pound baked ham, cut in strips
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, cut in strips
  • 1 garlic clove


  1. Rub a large wooden salad bowl with garlic clove; discard. Cut all vegetables in bite sized pieces. Put in salad bowl.
  2. Pour over vegetable oil and toss lightly until vegetables are well coated. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and toss well. Arrange ham, cheese and eggs on top.
