Slow cooked Sunday roast.
- 2 pounds boneless beef roast
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 carrots, peeled, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Arrange the potatoes and carrots around it.
- In a separate bowl mix together the tomatoes and soup mix. Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
