Ham and cheese omelet breakfast.


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham


  1. Beat the eggs and pour into a preheated skillet with butter.
  2. Scrape the sides of the pan while it is cooking to prevent sticking.
  3. Once the eggs are set, sprinkle the cheese and ham on top. Fold in half and slide onto a plate. Cut in half.
