- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- Beat the eggs and pour into a preheated skillet with butter.
- Scrape the sides of the pan while it is cooking to prevent sticking.
- Once the eggs are set, sprinkle the cheese and ham on top. Fold in half and slide onto a plate. Cut in half.
