Smoked ham and potato Sunday dinner.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds boneless smoked ham
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the ham in a roaster.
- Combine the mustard and brown sugar and spread over the ham. Arrange the potatoes around the ham.
- Cover and bake for 3 hours.
