Summit Sips Punch

For added flair, freeze slices of fresh fruit in a block of ice and then float the ice in the punch just prior to serving.


  • 1.75 liter bottle of rum
  • 40 ounces pineapple juice
  • 16 ounces simple syrup
  • 6 ounces maraschino liqueur
  • 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 bottle of champagne


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the champagne, into a large punch bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Just prior to serving, add the champagne, gently stir to combine and then float a large block of ice in the punch.
