For added flair, freeze slices of fresh fruit in a block of ice and then float the ice in the punch just prior to serving.
Ingredients
- 1.75 liter bottle of rum
- 40 ounces pineapple juice
- 16 ounces simple syrup
- 6 ounces maraschino liqueur
- 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 bottle of champagne
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the champagne, into a large punch bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Just prior to serving, add the champagne, gently stir to combine and then float a large block of ice in the punch.
