Summer Sausage Rolls are filled with savory cream cheese.


  • 1/3 pound summer sausage, sliced
  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Mix cream cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce together. Spread on summer sausage slices and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Cut roll in half on an angle.
