Using the fresh seasonal fruits of summer makes this punch a fresh and delicious treat.


  • 2 cups diced stone fruit (apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines)
  • 2 cups apricot juice
  • 2 cups sparkling wine
  • 1 cup seltzer
