- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Bell peppers, diced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil vinaigrette
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- After dicing the vegetables, place into a serving bowl and gently toss to combine.
